This year my family went to the Garden at the top of the Joseph Smith Memorial Building. Then afterward we went and walked around Temple Square looking at the lights. Ty disagrees (he's wrong) but I am pretty sure Ty and I have never done that together. Our first year of marriage we were too busy and then we lived in Idaho and just never got down there! So it was really fun to do it this year!

Home Sweet Home!
This is a picture of our cute front porch after the first big snow storm. I had aspirations to get ribbon in my garland but never really got around to it. Thanks to Brecken for helping me drill the hooks for the garland though... It was quite a task! I just loved having a real garland that would smell so good as you walked in the front door! And thanks to Ty for hanging the lights. He didn't think his knees would ever be the same again!
This year we got all new ornaments for our tree that match the look of our house better! I love how it turned out.
Since my last post I had the girls in my life I thought I better mention the cute boys I have in my life! Walter had just woken up so he wasn't quite sure about getting his picture taken. I love (and Mark and Walter do too) when Ty comes and whisks them away entertaining them so I can have a break! He is going to be such a good dad!

December
I did a little bit better in December with pictures....
Ty just got put in as the first counselor of the Elder's Quorom and one of his assignments was to help clean up a nativity that our stake and a couple of church's in our area put on. We were glad he knew about it though cause otherwise we would have never gone and it really was so cool! They had real camels and sheep, the highschool choir was there singing and all real actors (including baby Jesus). It was also in a beatiful setting on the stake property! We had Jane and Alex and Johnny over for dinner and then we went to it. It was really fun and actually quite spiritual. It helped us remember the real meaning of Chritmas! Ty and I LOVE real Christmas trees! We went to the lot this year and found our tree literally in two minutes! It was perfect and they had it strapped on the good 'ol Camry and we were on our way!
These girls are who I spend most my days with: Lillian and Bella. They are my best friends! (Don't mind my swollen face....)
September through November
Well after August I sort of got in a survival mode and pretty much stopped taking pictures. I started teaching piano every single morning from 6am to 8am and then nannying three days a week from 8 to 5 and then teaching more piano lesson two nights a week for five hours. I was hanging over the toilet alot of that time having to go to the hospital only one time for dehydration. We started to work on the nursery and finished fixing up our basement. Here are a few highlights and pics that I took:We babysat cute Mark one Saturday....I began to grow and grow and grow....
We finished a 1000 piece puzzle at the cabin on Thanksgiving and Ty had another successful year of getting lots of bruises at the annual Turkey Bowl.
Ty introduced his cousin's baby Johnny to candy corns and cotton candy ice cream at Maggie Moo's
We went to St. George for Ty's Dad's 70th birthday. (Like I said I did a horrible job taking pictures. Ty and I went down a day earlier than everyone and went golfing and shopping. It was so nice to just relax. Then after Ty's family got there Ty got sick and I forgot to take another single picture! I better get better before our little girl gets here!)
We went to Twilight and loved every minute of it!
Utah beat BYU and Ty got a really bad cold while covering the story for work! However, he was too excited to even think about the cold! I just had to take a picture when he came home looking like this!We went to St. George for Ty's Dad's 70th birthday. (Like I said I did a horrible job taking pictures. We're Back!!!!
Where in the world have we been????? Well that is a good question! I guess I will start from August where I last posted.....
In August we went to good 'ol James Taylor .....
We of course had the annual "White Trash BBQ"
This is Ty covered in oatmeal after they all wrestled in a pool of oatmeal.... They are crazy! But he said the benefit of oatmeal in comparison to the mashed potatoes of last year was that his skin was so soft after. The oatmeal was like a full body exfoliation!
Ty's mom even dressed up this year!
